The Planar Pavilions are finished! (Excellent 📸 by @lyonsarah 🖤) The works officially open on June 3rd, but it's fine to stop by and check them out anytime. (These works are the only part of A-Z West that are permanently open to the public)
We lost Stripey Tiger Wolf this week @mettdodge made a beautiful tribute post on his feed but I've been a little too sad to come up with anything that makes sense so I'll let Emmett's words speak for both of us: "May you Stripey Tiger Wolf rest in peace. You have given me a lifetime full of happiness. Even when I picked you up and roughhoused with you, you still loved me. It will be hard to be without you but I hope you are in a better place. I will never forget you ️."
We will be shutting down the Experimental Living Cabins during the hottest period of the summer from June 15th to September 15th. If you have been curious about coming out, the next two months are the perfect time to do so – it's been a beautiful spring and still cool enough to hike to Amboy Crater or explore the nearby National Park. (Also good to be aware that by late May the temperatures in Wonder Valley will already be on the "warm" side!) For more info or to reserve time in the cabins email Elena at firstname.lastname@example.org
